The Rise is a boutique self-contained luxury accommodation in the beautiful Bay of Islands, gateway to the far north. A tranquil setting amid sprawling farms in the historical area of Waimate North.
Entirely separated from the main house you will feel completely private and relaxed. We will be there, only when you want us to. Arrive as guests, leave as friends.
The Bay of Islands is situated on the East Coast of Northland in New Zealand. The Rise is centrally located with Paihia and Kerikeri within 20kms and the airport only 9kms away.
Private self contained accommodation – The West Wing
Fully self- contained and private comprising 2 bedrooms, lounge, dining, kitchen, private tiled bathroom with double vanity, large bath, shower and toilet. There is also another separate toilet and vanity.
Both King and Queen rooms face north with uninterrupted picturesque views over farmlands.

The Rise is only a 15 minute drive from historic Kerikeri (just 10 minutes from Kerikeri airport) and only 15 minutes from the sea front at vibrant Paihia. You couldn’t want a more central and yet peaceful spot to base your holiday.
